Screenz gets derezzed and the furniture goes Perez.

Late night booting. Patrons from a nearby bar gathered and chanted, "Boot! boot! Boot!"

Gold Crown Liquor, sponsored by FourLoko (which is being "reformulated" according to a salesman)

I thought this looked sad.

Constructive Criticism

Moe's Cantina closed for renovations. There go my Christmas Eve plans.

I'm just glad it's not another bank.

Christmas works

Yes, finally! Coffee AND Red Bull. No one needs to be THAT awake.

So much for Christmas cheer.

I have no idea what's going on in this Japanese poster, but I want to go to there.

10degrees doesn't stop the wall painters. Note the high-tech overhead projector.

1:40am, Sunday, December 19th. Hurry Christmas!

Christmas on Clark!

If there are multiple children in the house this ornament is just wrong and if it's an only child it implies that there are others lurking about.

A lost hat on the filthy cold sidewalk.

Spit with a glob of blood on a urinal.

Grande Crappachino

... and that's about everything that cums out of a penis. Right there on Clark Street.

Wi-Pie.. Haha I get it. Your pizza still sucks.

OMG! the Starbucks on CLARK and Belmont is closed! It's full of poo water!

Finally. The Spidey-snuggie. Now I can fight Doc Ock and avoid that chilly draft.

Who's Harry?

Ah, the scent that says, "Use Me."

The exciting new name for the Harry Careys on Addison and Sheffield.

3 Shot On Addison

Why would I want to see a band that affiliates with George?

The building between Irish Oak and Tryst is being built by non-union labor. That's why it's almost done and that hotel 5 yards away will NEVER be done.

That seems like a rather dim view of marriage. And politics.

This ATM is for when you're a little short. Bwah-ahahahah!

This photo was taken on Halloween.

and last but certainly not least:

3 people were shot in front of the Taco Bell on Addison and Clark this morning (11/10/10) at 4am. All survived. The shooting is believed to be connected to a fight that occurred at the Wild Hare.

This Is (almost) Halloween

Ah, street vomit. Delicious vomit.

Clark Street on a Sunday morning.

Wiseass stop sign sneaking off the corner into traffic.

How does this happen? I mean, who does this for fun? and why do I think that it was probably a CHUD?

This is a switch on the back of my building. What the hell does it do? I'm scared it try it. It's like a giant shut-off for the entire building.

The End is Right Round the Corner

The parking lot between Irish Oak and Tryst is becoming a building. Thank G, we desperately need more sportsbars.

And the Clark n Addison Bar Louie is fini.

The photobooth in the Risque Cafe. Yay for the ole Chinky-Eyes!

The classic two-tiered vomit.

None of that identity theft or credit card fraud for these criminals... "Keepin' It Real!" All you need is a black n white striped shirt, a domino mask and a canvas sack.

Crash into Clark

The Chicago-branch of the Dave Matthews Band Revenge Squad makes it way to Wrigley.

If they like the light, saccharine tunes of Dave Matthews this is the perfect street food.

Joey's Brickhouse on Belmont is gone. They left some signs. "Mostly, we'd like to thank our landlord, Matt Wilbur. Even though it didn't work out we hope he gets what he DESERVES." Gulp. GL, Matt.

Last line: "It's scary not knowing what's next. It's even scarier staying when you're not wanted."

And "Eep Opp Ork Ah Ah" means "I Love You."

And in extremely scary news:

A 22-year-old Chicago man was arrested over the weekend for plotting to carry out a bombing outside a strip of crowded Wrigleyville night spots, according to the FBI.

They also alleged that Sami Samir Hassoun, of the 4700 block of North Kedzie Avenue, had previously discussed a number of violent plots in Chicago, including a biological attack on the city, poisoning Lake Michigan, attacking police officers, bombing the Willis Tower and assassinating Mayor Richard Daley.

Ahhh, Fall.

Feathers fill the autumn air.

A restful slumber in the crisp evening does wonders for the soul.

Laura will not be attending, but Ron WILL be there.

That mint you like (Creme de Menthe?) is going out of style.

Junk food for thought.
